We built a cloud platform that turns raw occupancy into a visual, analyzable picture of a company's real estate portfolio. Motion sensors feed utilization data for meeting rooms and shared spaces; that data rolls up into workplace analytics tying facility usage to how a team actually works. Scenario planning tools let a workplace team model a relocation and share the proposal directly with stakeholders, and integrations pull in building access, calendar, and staff data so the picture stays current without manual upkeep.
