Pacifiq Labs (“we,” “us”) operates pacifiqlabs.com. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it. It covers the website only — not the terms of any client engagement, which are set out separately in a signed agreement or statement of work.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and there is no on-site form. The only way
to reach us is the hello@pacifiqlabs.com email link, which opens your own email client. Any
information you choose to send us that way — your name, email address, and project details — is used only
to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential project.
Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information for any visit — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and operational purposes. This is normal web server behavior, not something we configure or use for tracking.
Information you send us is used to communicate with you about your inquiry or project. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with third parties for marketing. We keep it only as long as it’s useful for that purpose, or as long as we’re required to by law.
Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion — for example under Canada’s PIPEDA, EU/UK GDPR, or a U.S. state privacy law. Email hello@pacifiqlabs.com and we’ll respond.
This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, we’ll update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
